With proper wicking, coconut wax may leave a thin layer of wax on the sides of your containers. This is natural. Using a larger wick size will cause the wax to burn too hot and not be as clean burning. You will generally need to wick down 1 size from what you would use with a soy candle. As always, proper testing is key to a great burning candle.
We suggest our Ribbon Candle Wicks , CottonWood, or Eco Wicks with coconut wax. Wood wicks burn too hot and are generally not a good fit with this wax.
For the best results: Melt wax to 200 degrees, add fragrance and pour right away.
Cure Time: An extended cure time is not required with our natural coconut wax. We suggest letting candles sit for 2-3 days. Customer have reported good results when burning their candles the next day!
This wax should hold up to 12% of most fragrance oils and essential oils. We have found 8% to provide excellent scent throw with most fragrances.
The price is a bit higher than most waxes, but we feel it is worth the difference. Coconut wax candles are an excellent option for unique candles your customers will love! Better scent throw than soy wax.
Wax is sold in slab form - may come in smaller pieces as needed to fill individual orders.
Please note: When shipping during warmer temperatures, the wax may soften or melt slightly. This will not affect the wax quality.
You will not need to provide a shipping address during checkout. If no shipping address is provided, the wax will be sent to the billing address used when your order is placed.
Free shipping is for the wax only. Other items in your order will be charged for shipping based on weight and location.

Shipping: Most orders ship the same day when placed by 11am Central time. During busier times of the year or after weekends and Holidays, there may be a longer than normal delay in processing your order for shipment.

Returns accepted for new products in original packaging only for 21 days. A 15% re-stocking fee applies (Minimum charge $7). Contact us for a return authorization before returning any items. Shipping charges are not refundable, buyer pays return shipping. Returns without prior authorization will not be processed. Fragrance Oils, Soap Making Supplies, Cosmetic Supplies, and other items that can be used for body products or cosmetic use are not eligible to be returned. Purchases of special order, custom, or surplus items are final.

We are unable to offer refunds or replace orders that have been sent with a valid tracking number and show delivered by the carrier. It is important to have your order delivered to a secure location. If your order shows delivered and you have not received your package, please contact the shipping provider as they are better able to assist you.

Basic insurance is included with Priority Mail and UPS shipments. Insurance coverage on shipments only covers items lost or damaged in shipping up to $100 depending on service type unless you contact us to purchase additional coverage.

If items are damaged in shipping, damage must be reported within 7 days and all original packaging materials need to be saved. You will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipper for damages.

International Orders - Buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees. Items returned to us for non-payment of any fees, or for being rejected by customs are not eligible to be refunded.
